Restore Me Candle

To get the most out of your candle, trim the wick to 1cm, light the candle and allow the wax to full pool to the edges to ensure the wax burns evenly. Following this, burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours. Continue to trim the wick before every use. 

Light this candle when you feel you need to rebalance your wellbeing after a busy day. As you inhale the restorative aroma, practice a mindful breathing exercise. Inhale through the nose for 7 seconds, then gently exhale through the mouth for 11 seconds.
